Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda)

What more can I say about the devastation brought by this fcking typhoon in my country? Haiyan hit the Philippines last Nov. 8, 2013 leaving cries of suffering for the whole nation, homeless Filipinos, a total wipe out at its wake.


As what Wiki says, Typhoon Yolanda (Int'l name Haiyan) was the 2nd deadliest typhoon in Philippine history killing approximately 2,500 people and left destructions in the  Central part of the Philippines.

Chameleon Party: Iloilo Colour Festival

Inspired by the original Holi in India but not that related, the Iloilo Colour Festival "CHAMELEON" was the first color festival to hit the soil of Iloilo City last September 7, 2013.

I was glad that I've been part of that successful party, dressed in strictly white, came to share music, dance, performance and color stimulation.

Hey guys! (Whoever read this) Sorry for the long hiatus from this blog. I must admit, aside from being super busy with life, school and all the changes coming my way I've been also wracking my brain for something to blog about and to write about.

Philippine Political and Tourism Change

(This had been in my draft for months now. Three Months I think. Hahaha, but I will publish it now, this is something to do about the election last May, my rants, and my experiences when I first ever voted for higher positions. Well, eto na, though kulang to, but somehow this is my opinion. Esp. now that my city is under a huge restoration, construction and everything to make it beautiful for APEC meeting and for the future Tourism Industry of Iloilo.)

I don't know why I made this blog post. I just found my self typing this kind of topic. Maybe because I am disturbed and I can't stop my self from thinking and worrying about this scenario.



I have my weaknesses, I have my downfalls and I have my own problems about my attitude, of being an outrageous person, mind-setter, or I don't accept defeat or "NO" for an answer but I consider it as one of my strengths. I mean, if I have something I wanted to have, I will do whatever it takes to have that thing. If I'm defeated or if I never tried to get a certain thing I am not in ease.

Okay... I had been single for almost three years now. I know it sucks but I'm happy about that idea of me being single because I have no worries or etc. regarding "LOVE Problems". Well, some of my friends were happily inlove with their partner and I'm a bit jealous about that idea but the "Eff" with that relationships right?

Well, Finding Mr. Boyfriend. Who haven't tried to find, right? Finding Mr. boyfriend is too tricky. Sometimes we thought that this certain person is "The One" but in the end they were "The One" who broke our hearts and left us crying and mending. I experienced heartbreak, uhmm, I think many times already but still after tons and tons of tears, I had moved on. I've been single for 3 years now and I admit I miss the feeling of being inlove and the feeling when someone cares for you alot. I miss the LQ, the kilig-moments and everything every couple do.

Having you as a mother while growing up is one of the greatest gift God given to me. It is because of the confidence, strength and trust you instilled on me that made me who I am today. Okayyyyy! Another Personal Rants. I really wanted to post something that is related to travelling, beauty, fashion and advices but I just can't stop my self from posting something that is all about me. you see, for the past days I've been experiencing a dilemma in my family, myself and most especially to my studies. I've got a failing grade in my Statistics class and its all my fault, but the teacher is too wicked that she really failed us. She never gave us any chance to change her mind. And I swear to my college life, I will never ever forget that teacher of mine because she brought  disappointment, fear and humiliation to my self and to my family. Urgh! I just hate her for doing that, but can't she just give us a consideration??

Hello everyone! New blog post for the month of April! Lalalala :)) I don't know what came into my mind to post here in my blog. I was pretty bored and my mind can't function well so I end up posting here not minding my "fans" who were waiting for my new update at Wattpad. Anyways, my story HLIB reached 23+k reads! Isn't it amazing? Haha. I was so grateful because of the support of those persons who truly value my hobby. I'm not a good writer unlike those who has those talents to write but they trusted my capabilities.

My West Wind

You may be wondering why this post is entitled "My West Wind". Well, "My West Wind is a poem by Percy Bysshe Shelly way back in 1819. The poem itself talks about typhoons, and the different seasons we experience through the year and all the discouragements. And so, I relate it to myself.


We experience different kinds of struggles and chaotic problems in life but it is how we manage to deal with it. Like a typhoon, problem comes in our way in different circumstances. Some problems are hard to overcome but some has its simplest remedy. Like a typhoon, problems also leaves us something we unexpected to have but every problems we encounter has a lesson for us to learn.

A Little Bit Of Heaven

Hello everyone! As promised, I am going to post my experience about yesterday's event. We went to Mt. Salihid at around 10:00 AM. I know it was so hot but we manage to be on the top of the hill. It was so tiring and exhausting but the experience was beyond excellent! Actually it was my first time to hike on the mountain in Good Friday. My family spends the Holy Week at home so it was a great experience for me. And as a Tourism Student I was given a chance to see the beauty my town has. When you're at the top of the hill you can see some part of our town and the view was breathtaking!

Nocturnal Mayhem

Hello everyone! As early as a bird, I posted something that can help me ease what am I feeling right now. What the hell! I haven't taken any sleep for one day and I'm too damned tired but I promised my friends to be with them later for the hiking. You know its Holy Week and I should not speak bad words, and so my apology. I never tried going to or climbing mountains during Holy Week and why is that so? I prefer staying at home and have the best foursome ever! Haha! My buddies are my bed, my pillow and Chuchi : My Lappy. I'm so hungry and too tired but my body resists to take a rest. Wish me luck as I climb the mountain leyturr! I hope I won't faint and I'll survive.

Since everyone keeps on saying that I gained weight, I told myself to loosen up in my calorie intake. I was not fat back when I was in high school but when I entered college, everything changed. I love dining out at fast food chains, I eat lots of chocolates and lots and lots of  fatty & sweet food without even noticing that I am really gaining weight. It frustrates me and at the same time it makes me sad every time I try to wear some of my clothes, dresses, pants I used to wear and then "HINDI NA KASYA". Sucks big time right?!

SO.. Chapter Two Begins

Nyey. I stared at my laptop for almost three hours time now and I don't know what to post. Well, lets start from the first thing I did this morning. I was ready to go to the bathroom to take a bath for me to have my last duty at the hotel where in I'm having my practicum but then I saw my laptop. Its so inviting to touch him and do my personal rant in it. Its like, he's screaming "Nicole! Check your blog and wattpad" and then I was tempted to touch Chuchi (Yeah, that's the name of my lappy) and then I forgot about the time and also about my last duty. Crap!
