MY OWN 5 SIMPLE TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT

I tried going to gym, tried dieting but then eventually I gave up. I can't go to the gym atleast 4 times a week because of my busy schedule at school. Every time I am saying that I will be on diet I end up eating lots of food. Then I gave up. I let goons be thy goons. Am I right? Haha!

Anyways, so much for that. Here's my top 5 bucket list on how to loose weight. And I hope I will use this tips for my own. Lels!
1. SET YOUR GOALS - If you wanted to loose weight, Start TODAY, not tomorrow or the following day but today. Yeah, you should definitely set what are your goals. If you wanted to loose weight so be it, then,


4. CONTROL - It takes lots of control for us to do the right thing. Make sense? It's all about Self-Control. That ice cream you had been dying to eat? That burger you wanted to taste and the chocolates you were craving in? - STOP! Remember Control or you want to go back to tip number 1? Consider those tempting food your greatest enemy or the creepiest things you ever tasted.
5. BE DEDICATED - In every deeds or things you had made or you were doing, you should be dedicated. Think positively for the outcome of your sacrifice. Then be ready to the new you :))
By the way..
Here's my own plan for my meals.
TRY TO EAT/DO THIS, AND ONLY THIS FOR 3 WEEKS :)
* Vegetables & Fruits
* LOTS OF WATER, WATER AND WATER ONLY. (Not the cold one.)
*AVOID: Carbs, sweets, and lots of calorie intake. You know what I mean :)
* Exercise. A 30 minute walk can burn calories, sweep your floor or take a run with your dog for about 1 hour. Do sit ups, jumping jacks and any exercise you know that will help you loose weight.
And you will surely loose weight. I hope I helped you with my own version of dieting steps.
