Chameleon Party: Iloilo Colour Festival

Inspired by the original Holi in India but not that related, the Iloilo Colour Festival "CHAMELEON" was the first color festival to hit the soil of Iloilo City last September 7, 2013.

I was glad that I've been part of that successful party, dressed in strictly white, came to share music, dance, performance and color stimulation.

PHOTO BOMBER LEFT AND RIGHT
HAHAHAHA

I was a bit hesitant at first if I really wanna join the said event, but with the power of my best friend's pleasing personality, I joined and so far, I don't have any regrets why I joined.

It was indeed a special moment of the festival when we did the countdown and all the people throw the color at the same moment, the open-air festival was covered by different colors we had thrown upward, the sweats, the noises, the dances and those smiles upon our faces.

I had been to a lot of parties in the metro. I am a bit of a party whore and Chameleon was a big part  in my life for being a party geek.

Bleesy and I :)

There were lots of party geeks who traveled far just to join the event. Others came all the way from Manila, Cebu, Bacolod and there were lots of foreign tourists who also joined.

Throwing themed parties is the fad trend nowadays. And I admit if the city and organizers keep on doing this trend or if they can make new and unique kind of themed parties it will really help boost the Tourism Industry of Iloilo City.

I'm lucky that I am now in college, in legal age (I think 19 is legal) and I am up to this trends, I mean, with the rapid change of our society, the changes in Internet, the new trends, the rapid globalization of the world, I am lucky that I had a chance to experience it while I am still young.

Okayyyyy. Before this thing lead to a rant and stuff, I'll show you some of the pictures we had when we had Chameleon Party here in Iloilo :)

This is where the party held.

Lots of Party Geeks came, we lined just to get in.

We all wore white

PHOTO BOMBER ALERT AT THE BACK (Evil laughs)

We were able to get in at twilight.

Lots of people joined!

DJ got the music!!

THE ARMPIT SMELL DANCE. HAHAHAHA!
Mind you, I don't have body odor and I have white and clean armpits!

Bleesy, Me and Bush.
Bush saw me and then he said "Nang! Ari ka!"
Then I was like, "Ari ka man gani!"
Hahaha. Then he asked to have a picture with me :)

I like this picture of mine. My face is a bit blurry because of the light. Basta yun yun, mahirap mag-expalin further sa English kung bakit gusto ko tong picture. Hahaha! Paandar lang dude!

And yes, here's the second one.

I hope I brought you to my past ganap. I know I' a bit late in posting this but somehow I hope I gave you some insights. The party brought me lots of unforgettable things that had happened. LOTSIOF THINGS THAT HAPPENED. Hahaha! Got wasted, got drunk and stuff.

And one thing I had learned while I am partying? Control your alcohol intake cause Hang-over sucks!

Anyways, kudos to all of the organizers and the one who was behind this amazing party.

Enjoy watching the Video! :)
