Hello, it's been a while.
You have been very selfless for quite some time now. You have been putting yourself at the back page of your book of priorities. How's life? Still figuring out the whole adulting wreck?
You are dying to prove to everyone that you are more than what they think of you. You are dying to be free from all the responsibilities that had been put on your shoulder. If only they had taught you how to deal with adulting life in school, you probably knew how to live your life.
But then, experiences are our best mentor or teacher. You learned a lot from all the experiences, all the failures, and joys. Truly you will learn more from things that happen in your real life than you will from hearing or studying things that happen to other people. No books, no advices, and no tips can ever prepare you from the future.
Above all the things that has happened in your life for the past few years. Your biggest achievement is how you raised your daughter alone. Not in the most typical kind of way, and might probably in the most brow raising kind of way but you did it! You did it.
You always try to be hard on yourself, you always question your parenting skills, you always compare yourself from others, but girl, you raised a wonderful, smart, sweet, beautiful, and courageous girl.
She is so independent and fearless and you deserve the best pat in the back for raising her alone. For nurturing her and for instilling in her mind that God is always listening. You may not give her all the bests in life but for her, you are enough. You are the best.
